PhillyOfficeShare is a collaborative co-working facility that provides many of the ad-hoc benefits of the modern Internet-cafe, with the professional working environment and community aspects of a more traditional office. Our environment includes a public meeting/lounge area for socializing and collaboration, plus an open plan office with desks for eight six tenants.

We're in the highly desireable Rittenhouse Square area, nearby a dozen bars/restaurants, several convienence food store's, and blocks from multiple PhillyCarShare and ZipCar locations. We're within 15 minutes walk to two major train stations, SEPTA bus service goes right down Walnut, there's ample paid (if not pricey) parking lots in the neighborhood, plus, plenty of space to store your bicycle inside!

Desks are available by the day/week for reservation/walk in use. Each desk is custom made with a wood work surface with nearly 10 square feet of space, plus 2 shelves underneath to store additional items. Each desk has it's own aluminum armchair, a task light (using low-wattage LED bulbs), plus has it's own power (8 free outlets!) and 10-base-T ethernet (gigabit!) hookups to our super-fast DSL internet connection (10mb down/1mb up) via our in-house firewall with on-site DNS servers. The office interior is refinished to it's classic roots of 1885, with modern updates for network, power, heat, and cooling.
